Maple Bourbon Glazed Salmon
The maple bourbon glazed salmon is a delightful fusion of sweet, savory, and smoky flavors that truly elevates this classic dish. The salmon itself was perfectly cooked---moist and flaky, with a slightly crisp, caramelized crust from the glaze. The glaze, a masterful blend of rich maple syrup, smoky bourbon, and a hint of tang, strikes a harmonious balance between sweetness and depth. Each bite offered layers of flavor: the earthy sweetness of maple syrup, a gentle kick of bourbon warmth, and just enough spice to keep things interesting. The glaze complemented the natural richness of the salmon without overpowering it, making it the star of the plate.
Lobster Roll
I love the lobster roll. It is as amazing as any I have tasted in New England i always get it warm and it never disappoints. Delicious!

We eat at Moondance all the time. Service is spot on, food is delicious! So many menu items to choose from.
Salmon BLT
The salmon BLT is my all time favorite for lunch. You simply can't go wrong with this delicious sandwich. My favorite side dishes are the sweet potato casserole and brussel sprouts. Moon Dance offers a varied menu for lunch and dinner. The service is always stellar.
